In this session, you'll learn about bot design and development tricks, tools and services to make your bot user appealing, connecting bots to different environments. You'll see how to start developing a completely custom bot right from the Composer. This session will bring enough inspiration to start using Bot Composer, whether you are a seasoned developer or only starting your journey.

Along with Analytics Practice leadership, Rayfield's focus is on providing leadership in the Central Midwest Territory for Solution Architecture. As a Territory Solution Architect, Rayfield provides guidance on Microsoft Modern Data Engineering and Multi-Vendor Solutions. This includes cloud focused modernization of Modern Data Warehousing, Enabling AI & Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Governance, and Intelligent Automation. Working alongside our Business Development / Sales team to provide the best solution to our diverse client group.
